Solution 

This machine forms an ideal entry-level solution for FMCG factory automation and can be purchased or leased (on a 6-month minimum term) depending on your specific requirements.  

It creates perfectly sealed, tamper proof cartons and can glue close a range of carton board skillets. It has been designed with a wide range of adjustment to enable rapid size changes between products. Operating in continuous motion for smooth reliable sealing, an on-board variable speed drive allows the sealer to be set at the optimum speed while a pressurised hot-melt glue system ensures safe, reliable, and precise glue application.  

All standard sealers are equipped with a short infeed which allows easy access for two operators. An option for a longer infeed is possible where up to 6 operators can access the sealer. Carton coding equipment can be fitted with the addition of optional coder brackets.
